What You'll Be Doing:
- Inspect outbound materials, distribution orders, and bulk inventory for defects and quality issues.
- Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Maintain, test, and troubleshoot quality control instrumentation.
- Test products according to established industry standards.
- Record, track, and report nonconforming products to management.
- Inspect and audit distribution department procedures.
- Record, track, and report errors to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Prepare reports, read specifications, and complete ISO-related duties as needed.
- Cross-train and work across multiple manufacturing departments.
Who We're Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Microsoft Office and Excel experience is a plus.
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment with frequent exposure to grease, dirt, and oil.
- Able to work both independently with reports and hands-on with products.
- Reliable and willing to learn and cross-train in multiple departments.
