SOLO Platform Support

  • Support SOLO Platform projects, releases, and enhancements from planning to launch.
  • Gather and document business requirements and turn them into clear tasks for technical teams.
  • Track enhancement requests and help prioritize them based on business and customer value.
  • Keep platform documentation and release notes current and easy to find.

Testing & Quality

  • Coordinate and run platform testing in QA and UAT environments.
  • Validate performance, functionality, and user experience before releases go live.
  • Log, track, and follow up on issues until they are resolved.

Project Coordination

  • Maintain project timelines, tasks, and backlogs.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support carrier and partner integration projects with testing, documentation, and tracking.
  • Share clear status updates and flag risks early.

Analysis & Improvement

  • Track platform performance and project metrics.
  • Use Support tickets and customer feedback to identify platform improvements.
  • Recommend simpler, better ways to deliver platform work.
  • Align platform work with the Helix pillars: Simplify, Enable, Deliver.
