Empower students to succeed in an educational setting as part of a supportive therapy team! We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to work in schools near Renton, WA. With five openings available, both full-time and part-time schedules can be accommodated to match your preferences. Engage in meaningful work throughout the full school year and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to help every student reach their potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to design and implement interventions tailored to students’ academic and functional needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students for fine motor, sensory, and functional skills within the school environment
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals
  • Consult with educators and parents to provide strategies for classroom and home support
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
  • Provide direct interventions, both individually and in small groups
  • Assist in the development of school-wide initiatives to promote student engagement and participation
