Opportunity #1: Recycling Venture Leader

Help grow an innovative recycling business while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with IDD.

Responsibilities:

• Drive recycling collection routes
• Perform loading, unloading, and other physical labor
• Build relationships with customers and the community
• Help expand our customer base
• Assist with business development and operations
• Lead by example while supporting individuals with disabilities

• Valid driver's license

Opportunity #2: Day Services ProfessionalMonday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Work in a fast-paced environment focused on learning, community engagement, vocational development, recreation, and meaningful activities for adults with IDD.

Opportunity #3: DSP Lead

Be a leader without being a supervisor.

The DSP Lead serves as a model professional who supports residential services by ensuring quality care, helping cover staffing needs, supporting person-centered services, and stepping in wherever needed.

You Will:

• Cover open shifts when staffing gaps occur
• Support individuals in residential homes
• Promote independence and community inclusion
• Assist with documentation and quality assurance
• Help ensure support plans are implemented
• Serve as a positive representative of our organization
