SNELLING is currently seeking an
Assembly Technician for a client in the Tyler area. The primary function of this position is to perform installation and assembly during the manufacture of custom equipment. The pay will be $16 – 17 / HR or more based on skills and experience. The schedule is Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
This position will be a temp-to-hire, meaning that

Responsibilities of the Assembly Technicianposition include:- Reads and works from blueprints and other schematic drawings.
- Installs, fabricates, and assembles wiring and machine controls.
- When needed, reads, and understands quality control manuals and testing specifications to obtain data needed to test or calibrate specific devices.
- As needed, disassembles machine to determine cause of defective operation or failure.
Qualifications to be considered for the Assembly Technicianposition include:- Experience in diagnostics and automotive repair preferred
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
