Compensation: $110-130K + discretionary bonus

This individual will play a key role in improving sales processes, strengthening operational execution, analyzing business performance, and ensuring sales teams have the systems, information, and support needed to effectively serve customers.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales operations professional who understands that successful sales operations extend beyond reporting and CRM. You are comfortable working with sales data while also understanding the operational side of the customer lifecyclefrom pricing and order entry through inventory, production coordination, and delivery.
You can identify where a process is breaking down, use data to determine why, develop a solution, and work across departments to implement it.
