Lead Crew Member - National Pizza Chain

Know your way around a pizza kitchen or fast food restaurant? Looking for a steady full-time job with room to grow? Join our team as a Lead Crew Member at one of our various store locations in the Raleigh area.

You'll help lead the crew during your shift while still being part of the action, making pizzas, helping customers, handling prep work, and keeping things running smoothly. We're looking for someone reliable who can lead by example and work well with others.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $16-$18/hour based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Available shifts:

• • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM - Midnight

Flexible scheduling available based on business needs

What You'll Do

• Help run daily shift operations while working alongside the team.
• Prepare pizzas, assist with food prep, and help manage oven production.
• Support, coach, and encourage team members during the shift.
• Train new employees and help create a positive work environment.
• Provide friendly customer service and help resolve issues when needed.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory checks, and store organization.
• Help maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of pizza-making, restaurant, fast food, or food service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
