Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Contract (3+ months, could go perm)
Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday 9am to 10pm
Compensation:
- Start rate: $11.00/hr.
- Associate degree: $12/hour
- Bachelor’s degree: $13/hour
- Bilingual differential: Up to an additional $2/hour for qualified Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin speakers
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time, onsite. This is a contract role, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, or concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and call center procedures to meet performance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data efficiently while on calls.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday.
