Description:
The RSF Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating luggage transportation operations, supporting communication between teams, and helping ensure smooth daily operations between resort locations, airport operations, and the RSF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers based on operational needs.
- Monitor luggage movement and maintain accurate tracking records.
- Communicate with resort teams, airport operations, drivers and leadership regarding updates and operational needs.
- Assist with resolving operational issues and luggage discrepancies.
- Maintain dispatch logs, reports, and communication records.
- Ensure equipment is properly tracked, handled and returned after shifts.
- Support operational efficiency while maintaining excellent service standards.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous operations, dispatch, logistics, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn operational systems.
