Want a steady daytime job that keeps you active and outdoors instead of behind a counter or in a warehouse? Fish Window Cleaning is hiring technicians to clean windows for homes and businesses across the western suburbs. No experience needed; we train you and pay you while you learn.
Pay and schedule- $17/hour from day one, including training
- After training, you earn $17/hour or 30% commission on the jobs you complete, whichever is higher. Trained techs typically earn $20–$25/hour.
- Tips and bonuses on top
- Part-time, about 30–35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, between 7 am and 3 pm
- No nights, weekends, or holidays

- Check windows and frames for damage and keep your equipment in good shape
What you need- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and be on your feet most of the day
- Comfort working outdoors year-round
- Self-motivation and an eye for detail
