Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed

What we offer:
Baylor works at least 2 Eight(8) hour shift during 7pm Friday- 7am Monday with accelerated pay!
Requirements:
LPN or RN
