RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment, development, recognition and retention of store management and crew
- Utilize forecasting software to create crew schedules
- Manage conflict constructively through effective conversations and emotional intelligence.
- Understand how to improve and manage performance
- Delegate management duties to team efficiently and effectively
- Ensure employees feel connected & engaged
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in an upper management or similar leadership role.
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to work, prioritize, remain organized, and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment that may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures or other elements.
- Frequent lifting and carrying (up to 25-50 pounds, as necessary), reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling and stooping is involved. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Comfortable utilizing computer programs and systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
