Fabricating Machine Operator

Location: Houston, TX 77039

Pay Rate: $18.20/Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

We are seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator to operate a variety of metalworking equipment used to cut, form, shape, and bend metal components that support critical industrial applications.

Operate fabrication equipment including:

• Cutoff saws
• Shears
• Roll forming machines
• Press brakes
• Punch presses
• Forming machines
• Spinning machines

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, work orders, and production drawings

Set up machines and adjust machine settings based on material and product requirements

Position stops, guides, and fixtures using scales, rulers, templates, and measuring devices

Cut, bend, shape, and form metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural components

Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges

Maintain production efficiency while following all safety and quality procedures

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred

Experience operating production machinery or fabrication equipment

Ability to read blueprints and production specifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Comfortable working with measuring tools and performing quality inspections

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
