Graphic House, Inc. is looking for a motivated, competitive, and coachable Sales Executive who is ready to learn, grow, and build a successful territory.

You don't need years of sign industry experience. You don't even need an extensive sales background. We're willing to train the right person.

We Invest in Your Success

We aren't going to hand you a territory on day one and tell you to figure it out.

Your first six months will be focused on training and inside sales, giving you the opportunity to learn our business from the ground up. You'll prospect for new customers, work on bids, learn our products and manufacturing capabilities, and work alongside experienced members of our team.

Once you're ready, you'll transition into an assigned sales territory with the knowledge and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for building relationships and creating new business. That means being proactivenot waiting for opportunities to come to you.

You'll:

• Prospect and develop new customers
• Make outbound calls and emails and follow up on leads
• Identify new opportunities within your assigned territory
• Meet with prospective customers and learn about their businesses
• Listen to customer needs and help develop the right signage solutions
• Work with our internal team to prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations
• Follow opportunities from the first conversation through the close
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Work toward individual sales goals and continuously grow your territory

Previous sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and desire to succeed.

A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required. Travel within your assigned territory will be part of the position, with minimal overnight travel.
