Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Lake Elmo, MN

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $100K - $130K + Bonus

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality tenant improvement and renovation projects for major retail and commercial clients.

They are looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of their projects, communicates well with clients and subcontractors, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage commercial tenant improvement and renovation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts and project documentation
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Take ownership of project performance, quality and profitability

• Commercial construction project management experience, particularly tenant improvement, renovation or interior build-out
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling and project financials
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
