Responsibilities:
Design and implement an effective infection control program.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address infection risks.
Train staff on infection control best practices.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and compliance.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Pennsylvania.
Minimum 2 years of experience in infection control and/or staff development.
Strong knowledge of state and federal infection control regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
