Pay: $31-$35 per hour plus bonus opportunities

LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced
Property Manager to oversee a diverse residential portfolio throughout the Portland metro area. This is a corporate office-based position with occasional travel to properties primarily located in North Portland, Northeast Portland, and Gresham. Mileage is reimbursed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional who enjoys working in a close-knit, collaborative environment. The portfolio is primarily conventional housing, with a small percentage of affordable units, and includes apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations of a residential portfolio
- Build strong relationships with residents, property owners, vendors, and internal team members
- Monitor property performance and help ensure financial and operational goals are met
- Partner with centralized leasing, accounting, and maintenance teams to address property needs
- Supervise and collaborate with an assigned Property Management Assistant
- Conduct regular property visits and follow up on operational or resident-related concerns
- Coordinate vendor services, property improvements, and maintenance priorities
- Support budgeting, reporting, rent collection, lease administration, and compliance efforts
- Provide professional, timely communication to ownership groups
- Maintain consistency across the portfolio while delivering a positive resident experience
Qualifications- At least three years of residential property management experience
- Experience managing multiple properties or a scattered-site portfolio
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Professional and comfortable communicating with ownership groups
- Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with centralized support departments
- AppFolio experience is strongly preferred
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel locally for property visits
