Recovery Center Therapist

As a Recovery Center Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our team's mission to provide a full continuum of care.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Recovery Center Therapist to conduct initial assessments for adults seeking assistance for opiate addiction via methadone treatment. As a Recovery Center Therapist, you will develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, education, case management, and outreach services to patients. You will also maintain open communication with referral sources and other providers, and participate in weekly staffing with our clinical team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments for adults seeking assistance for opiate addiction via methadone treatment
Develop treatment plans and refer patients to appropriate levels of care
Provide individual and group therapy, as well as education and case management services as needed
Complete thorough documentation in electronic medical records within established timeframes
Participate in weekly staffing with the Recovery Center clinical team and psychiatrist
Maintain open communication and positive working relationships with referral sources and other providers
Conduct outreach and provide education to community organizations and providers to reduce stigma, increase collaboration, and enhance referrals to MAT
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in addictions, social work, psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university required; Master's degree preferred
At least 2 years' experience providing addictions assessment and treatment, including provision of individual and group therapy
Current LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAC, LAC, MAC required; LSW, LMHCA, or LCACA allowable if accompanied by an Indiana MATS Certification
