Fine Dining Server Bartender

As a Fine Dining Server/Bartender at Woodside, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive, professional table service in a fine dining setting.
• Preparing and serving beverages with strong knowledge of wine and cocktails.
• Guiding guests through the menu and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintaining a polished and welcoming demeanor at all times.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We’re seeking candidates who bring a combination of experience, skill, and passion to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment is preferred, but a polished demeanor and strong passion for hospitality are what matter most!
• Beverage Expertise: Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and other beverages is essential.
• Availability: Consistent weekend and holiday availability is required for our peak dining hours.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance and excellent communication skills are a must.
• Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

While we don’t offer additional benefits at this time, we provide a competitive compensation structure with a base pay of $8 per hour and the potential to earn up to $40 per hour with tips. At Woodside, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, upscale environment where your skills and expertise will be appreciated and rewarded.

Compensation & Earnings:

• Real Take-Home Pay: Realistically average $18.00 – $40.00+ per hour (including tips!).
• Base Pay: $8.00 per hour guaranteed base rate.
