What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you’ll be the clinical leader in the building on the 3pm–11pm shift:
Oversee resident care and make sure it meets our standards and accepted nursing practice
Supervise, direct, and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and medical administrative staff
Provide direct and indirect nursing care as needed
Handle staffing needs and keep the evening running smoothly
Promote the well-being, safety, and dignity of every resident
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Rhode Island RN license (BSN preferred)
At least 2 years of long-term care experience (3+ years of nursing experience preferred)
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
A calm, caring presence and a passion for senior care
