Caregiver Position
Job Summary:
Modani Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Scottsbluff, NE. As a Caregiver with Modani, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need support with daily living. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, and companionship
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring excellent communication and customer service
Collaborate with other members of the care team, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support
Identify and report changes in client condition or care needs to the care team and management
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
