Panama City Beach, Florida

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Part-time, up to 30 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, with a strong focus on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Pinnacle Port Community Association is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Common Area Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our condominium community.

This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior common areas throughout the property to provide a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our owners and guests.

Schedule

This is a part-time position of no more than 30 hours per week.

The schedule will be flexible based on the needs of the property; however, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is strongly preferred and will be the primary focus of this position.

Some weekday hours may also be scheduled depending on occupancy, staffing, special events, and property needs.

Responsibilities

  • Clean common-area hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobbies, and other shared spaces
  • Clean and sanitize common-area restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general floor cleaning
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces
  • Help maintain cleanliness around pools, recreational areas, and other amenities
  • Sweep and remove accumulated sand from parking lots and other exterior common areas
  • Pick up litter and debris throughout the property
  • Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
  • Report maintenance concerns, damage, safety hazards, or unusual conditions to management
  • Assist with periodic deep cleaning and other cleaning projects
  • Perform other reasonable duties related to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is dependable and punctual
  • Takes pride in keeping areas clean and presentable
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • Is comfortable working around owners, residents, guests, and vacationers
  • Can safely perform routine physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, sweeping, and lifting cleaning supplies and trash
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Is available to work weekends, particularly Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, condominium, resort, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train a dependable individual with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
