Job Title: Processing Supervisor
Job Description
The Processing Supervisor oversees a new manufacturing plant with multiple injection molding machines, managing the complete lifecycle of plastic parts from start-up through inspection. This role leads daily operations on the production floor, including process start-ups, troubleshooting, adjustments, and coordination of mold changes to ensure consistent quality and uptime. The supervisor plays a hands-on role in maintaining efficient injection molding processes and supporting a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility that produces carpeted products for the automotive industry, including carpets with soundproof, weatherproof, and waterproof backing used in vehicle floorboards. The plant includes 1012 stamping cells with approximately six presses per cell, as well as multiple injection mold presses that must be kept running efficiently. The environment involves exposure to hydraulic and mechanical equipment and requires hands-on interaction with injection molding and stamping processes. The position follows a third-shift schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and employees must be comfortable working overtime and weekends when production demands increase. The dress code includes jeans or work pants, with work shirts provided, and requires steel-toe footwear and safety glasses to ensure a safe working environment on the production floor.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
