What you’ll do
- Own the setup and operation of CNC equipment to manufacture parts to spec.
- Decode blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute each run.
- Monitor machines inprocess; adjust offsets, tooling, and parameters to hold tolerance.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
- Keep your area organized and compliant with safety procedures.
- Partner with teammates to drive process improvements and boost throughput.
- Capture production data and escalate issues to supervisors with clear documentation.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.
- Handson experience as a CNC machinist or similar position.
- Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Solid knowledge of CNC machinery and programming fundamentals.
- Detaildriven mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and an unwavering focus on safety.
