Electrical Operations Manager - Multi-Family

What you'll do

• Lead and coach a team of Project Managers and Field Management staff, conducting performance reviews and supporting their development.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-family electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Review and interpret project documents including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Develop and manage operations including forecasting, cost control, and budget adherence, approving invoices and tracking purchase orders.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols across all projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on multi-family, residential, or commercial electrical work.
• Proven managerial experience leading project teams.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of industry practices, electrical theory, and code requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel locally (up to 25%).

Nice to have

• College education in construction management.
• Professional certifications or licences in construction or electrical management.

You'll manage a team of Project Managers and Field Management staff, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate project needs.
