The Production Manager is responsible for overseen the manufacturing operation, assuring the fabrication of finish goods are perform safety, meeting quality standards, and complying with production schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve safety goals by training and auditing work process to assure they are flowing safety guidelines.
- Improve safe behavior among staff by providing feedback and retraining when needed.
- Create and implement of best manufacturing practices, processes, and procedures to assure and improve operational performance, focusing on Safety, Environment, Quality, and Productivity.
- Coordinate, supervise, and assure proper implementation of production plan
- Evaluate new prospect production orders and stablish technical feasibility for its production, developing and implementing action plans to increase production capabilities matching new customers and production orders.
- Assure accurate production records are gather, recoded, and store.
- Assure production complies with quality specifications and standers.
- Propose and implement continues improvement projects focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Motivate and coach employees to improve performance, work environment, and moral.
- Propose and execute production cost budgets.
- Develop and implement training plans for manufacturing personnel that would allow Safety, Quality, and
- Productivity goals to be achieve.
- Coordinating and collaborating with all core functions of the organization (Quality, Safety, Maintenance,
- Engineering, HR) to comply with the companies’ performance and financial goals.
- Coordinate and/or participate in the selection process of production employees.
- Conduct performance evaluation cycles on production employees, developing and implementing needed
- improvement action
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Production Manager in Liquid Filling Manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in a related or relevant field.
- Ability to use a PC, and software (ERP, Windows Enterprise)
- Being a technical reference for manufacturing process and equipment
- Must have excellent organizational skills with ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct employees.
- A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
