Responsibilities

  • Assemble small components and products according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Work in a controlled cleanroom environment while following all gowning and cleanliness procedures.
  • Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects and quality issues.
  • Follow drawings, diagrams, BOMs, and written instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
  • Meet established production and quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cleanroom assembly, electronics manufacturing, medical devices, semiconductor, or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work with small parts and components.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Good attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous cleanroom experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
  • Ability to work with small components and materials.
  • Ability to wear required cleanroom garments and PPE.
