Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations within a fast-paced automotive production environment. The ideal candidate will drive safety, quality, productivity, and team performance while ensuring daily production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise hourly production employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
  • Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing objectives.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
  • Military leadership experience or familiarity with Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
