North Rising Star is expanding our Minneapolis team and looking for a Customer Relations Representative to work directly with customers on behalf of our clients.
This is a face-to-face role where you’ll meet customers at retail and event locations, answer questions, introduce client products and services, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through to customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers in person and build genuine rapport
- Represent client products, services, and campaigns professionally
- Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options
- Support customer acquisition and daily performance goals
- Work alongside the team and participate in ongoing coaching

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a good fit if you’re personable, confident, dependable, and comfortable meeting new people. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are important, along with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-facing environment is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.
