Hostess

The Hostess welcomes guests and helps create a smooth, positive experience in a casual, high-volume or fast-casual Spanish restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role manages guest arrivals, reservations, seating flow, and phone reception while providing attentive customer service.

The position requires flexible shift coverage, including morning shifts, and use of an integrated restaurant management system.

Required: English and Spanish fluent

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service.
• Assign tables based on availability and guest needs.
• Manage reservations using the integrated restaurant management system.
• Coordinate seating to support efficient guest flow during high-volume periods.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Communicate guest needs and seating updates with the restaurant team.
• Provide flexible shift coverage, including morning shifts.
