Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist
Department: Med Surg Pharmacy – Main

Positions: 1

Schedule

• 40 hours/week
• 4x10s or 5x8s
• Evening shifts
• Training will be on day shift
• 4 days/week listed

Requirements:

• PharmD or Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy
• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in hand required
• 3+ years of hospital pharmacist experience
• Large/academic hospital experience preferred
• Epic experience required

Key Experience:

• Inpatient pharmacy practice
• Order verification
• Sterile compounding / checking sterile products
• IV room
• Pyxis
• Dose checking
• ECMO
• CRRT
• Antibiotic dosing
• Pharmacy consultations
• USP 797/800
• Abacus/Baxa pump

Interview: In-person preferred; video interview possible.

Important: The candidate must have an Ohio pharmacist license in hand at the time of submission.
