We are local business owners operating several businesses and properties, seeking a dependable, skilled handyman to help with ongoing maintenance, property improvements, and remodeling projects, including an office remodel.

Responsibilities include:
• General repairs and property maintenance
• Painting, drywall repairs, and finish work
• Basic carpentry and fixture installation
• Assisting with remodels and keeping work areas clean and organized

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in their work, works independently, and follows projects through to completion. Reliability, attention to detail, and reliable transportation are essential.

Full-time position
Pay based on experience
