In this role, you'll manage and help coordinate HVAC service, fuel deliveries, customer requests, and daily office operations to ensure our technicians and customers are supported every step of the way.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 based on experience


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily schedules for HVAC technicians, ensuring timely service and delivery to our valued customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their service requests and provide updates on job status.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available for service calls.
  • Collaborate with the service team to prioritize urgent requests and optimize routes for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician assignments in our system.
  • Facilitate clear communication between the office and field staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or service issues that arise, maintaining a customer-first approach at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory levels.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and service issues with a customer-first mindset.

  • Experience in optimizing routes for efficiency and prioritizing urgent requests is a plus.
