CAR WASH ATTENDANT | SHIFT LEADER | GENERAL & STORE MANAGER

Multiple Locations & Shifts Available Hiring Immediately

Interviewing on-site for the following locations:

  • Store 702: 5401 Beckley Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49015

  • Store 703: 210 E. Columbia Ave, Battle Creek, MI 49015

  • Store 704: 360 N. Willowbrook Rd, Coldwater, MI 49036

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Car Wash Attendant $15–$17/hour + Biweekly Tips

  • Support daily operations and team members

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Help sell wash packages and memberships

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and wash quality

Shift Leader $17–$19/hour + Biweekly Tips

  • Lead the team during your shift

  • Coach and support team members

  • Handle customer concerns

  • Support daily operations, opening/closing, and safety

General & Store Manager $47,500–$65,000/year + Bonus

  • Lead overall location operations and performance

  • Recruit, train, and develop the team

  • Drive sales, membership growth, and customer satisfaction

  • Manage scheduling, performance, and operational standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 18+ years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Leadership or management experience is a plus

  • Comfortable working outdoors and staying active

  • Available evenings and weekends

  • Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

  • Must pass a background check

No car wash experience? No problem. We provide paid training.
