The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing final inspections and in-process audits of parts, assemblies, and processes to ensure they meet customer specifications, purchase order requirements, and internal quality standards. This role determines part conformity and compliance, verifies suitability for use, and supports continuous improvement within a precision machining environment, with a strong focus on aerospace applications.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates on a first-shift schedule, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with additional hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. as required. The role is based in a machining and manufacturing environment that utilizes precision metrology equipment, including CMMs and Surfcom contour tracers, along with standard inspection tools. Work is performed around production equipment and requires adherence to established Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies. Team members must follow task-specific safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by the work area and activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
