RN/LPN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff on the unit

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care

• Promote quality care and compliance with facility policies and standards

• Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary care team

• Support staff development and a positive working environment

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Previous Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Long-term care experience preferred
