Production Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for aProduction Technicianfor a company based inDecatur,AL.In this role, you will have the opportunity toassemble, test products andmanufacturedgoodsofthe highest quality before they are marketed and sold to consumers.
Pay Rate
$16.05per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday throughThursday,630 am to430 pm.
Production TechnicianDuties and Responsibilities
- Identify defects, production issues, or process inefficiencies and communicatesolutionsto supervisors and team members.
- Monitor production flow to ensure products move through operations efficiently and meet quality expectations.
- Assemble and inspect food-grade products according to company standards and specifications.
- Follow allfood safety, quality assurance, and manufacturingregulations.
- Support preventive maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Production TechnicianQualifications and Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Physical strength and staminato liftand move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Frequent use of hands for assembly, inspection, and production tasks.
