Key Responsibilities Include:

• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle discovery and written discovery.
• Draft pleadings and substantive motions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. This firm offers a flexible hybrid remote schedule, full MDV premiums coverage, 401k + 4% match + profit sharing, flexible paid time off and more.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation and/or employment defense litigation
• Active Washington State Bar membership
