Cleanroom Assembly Technician

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Shift: Start time between 6:00 AM–8:00 AM | 8.5-hour workday
Pay:$20–$22/hr

We are hiring a Cleanroom Assembly Technician to join a high-performance manufacturing team! This role involves assembling and inspecting small, precision components in a cleanroom environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform precision assembly using hand tools, microscopes, and specialized equipment
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect components for quality and accuracy
• Perform measurements using calipers, gauges, and microscopes
• Maintain cleanroom, ESD, and FOD requirements
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of manufacturing/assembly experience
• Cleanroom experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Experience working with small parts and hand tools
• Ability to use a microscope and read blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
