Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to meet industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
