Looking for a customer-focused automotive position with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends? Martin's Auto Service is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Landisburg, PA.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll help vehicle owners understand their service needs, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, and keep the repair process organized from start to finish. If you've worked as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a similar automotive customer service role, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and discuss their vehicle service needs
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments
- Prepare repair orders and service estimates
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly to customers
- Communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns and repair needs
- Order parts and help coordinate repair schedules
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Help maintain an organized and efficient service department
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience
- Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer needs
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
Pay & Schedule
- $40,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience and skill level
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends
