General Manager

The General Manager will oversee a single location, reporting to a regional executive and leading a team of 26–50 employees through a focus on customer retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss performance for the location.
• Oversee food production and bar management operations.
• Lead and develop a team of 26–50 employees.
• Drive customer retention and revenue growth.
• Improve operational efficiency across the location.
• Support market expansion initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership across all areas of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general management.
