Compensation:

$14 hourly to start


Responsibilities:
  • Welcome each guest with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for their visit.
  • Guide guests to their seats, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to from the moment they arrive.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, reflecting our commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, providing knowledgeable and friendly responses to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to manage seating arrangements and optimize flow.
  • Handle guest feedback with grace, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
