What you'll do

1. Follow up on inbound leads quickly and consistently
2. Run buyer and seller consultations
3. Show homes and host open houses on team listings
4. Guide clients from first conversation through closing
5. Build relationships that turn into repeat and referral business

Who we're looking for

1. An active California real estate license (required, no exceptions)
2. Self motivated and coachable, with a drive to build a real career
3. Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
4. Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and new tools
5. Organized and responsive with your time
6. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full time, 1099 independent contractor

Pay: Commission based, top agents earn $200,000+ per year

Schedule: Self directed, with weekend availability for showings and open houses

Supplemental Pay: Commission, bonus pay, revenue share, stock awards
