We are seeking a dependable and detail-orientedMechanical Assemblerto join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assemble mechanical components and equipment using hand and power tools while following blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, performing measurements, aligning and fastening components, troubleshooting assembly issues, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical componentsand equipment usinghand and powertools.
Read and interpretengineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and workinstructions.
Install fasteners, bearings, gears, brackets, wiring, tubing, and othercomponents as required.
Measure and inspectparts using toolssuch as calipers, micrometers, gauges, andtorque wrenches.
Perform basic fitting, alignment, adjustment,and troubleshooting ofassemblies.
Identify defective ordamaged components andreport quality issues.
Follow standard operatingprocedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines.
Maintain a cleanand organized workarea.
Complete production documentationand assembly recordsaccurately.
Work with engineering, quality, and productionteams to resolveassembly issues.
