Engineering Project Manager

We have 2 engineering Project Manager roles. These are both a temp to hire opportunity with a pay rate of $67/hr. This is an on-site position here in fremont, 5 days a week. The manager will be reviewing resumes and selecting candidates for interviews.

PM Contractor #1

· Drive cross-functional burn-down of all non-SW/FW RCOs requiring Hyve approval.

· Drive burn-down of all RCOs requiring AWS approval.

· Drive RCO SLA compliance.

Contractor qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager in hardware development.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and lead task forces.

· Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

PM Contractor #2

· Drive burn-down of the SW and FW update RCO backlog.

· Work with Carlos H and Steve W to define a more effective process for managing SW/FW updates. Steve and I are collaborating on this new process and need support to drive it more aggressively while working within current PLM capabilities.

· Drive SLA compliance

· Support non-build New Product Development escalations.
