Qualifications
Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Successful completion of company-provided training programs as required.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of electronic assembly, manufacturing, or related experience.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret moderately complex assembly instructions and engineering documentation.
Experience working with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems.
Ability to use microscopes and inspection equipment when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent eye-hand coordination and visual inspection skills.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to analyze problems and exercise independent judgment within established procedures.
