Data Entry/Customer Service/Auto collections

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-orientedindividual withData Entry/Customer Service/Automobile Collections experience to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and collections of Automobile contracts
• Data Entry of Auto loan contracts
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Filing and scanning
• Dealership relationships and solicitation of products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, collections.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Auto loan experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
