Responsibilities
- Answer client calls and questions about MDX services.
- Prepare service assessments and gather required information.
- Track special projects, pending items, and deadlines in our software.
- Follow up with clients and staff to ensure work is completed.
- Keep accurate records and provide timely updates.
- Provide Technical Support.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills.
- Comfortable learning technical services and using business software.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently.
- Experience in safety, training, construction, or service coordination preferred.
