Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Compensation:$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
- Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools
- Make accurate modifications to consumer policies depending on the information supplied
- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- You must have previous customer service experience for this position
